Product Characteristics
Curtain Material: Mostly a double-layer polyester fiber base fabric is filled with insulating materials such as polyurethane foam. Some products also feature an embedded fiberglass mesh reinforcement layer. Some products are coated on both sides with PVDF for enhanced performance.
Frame Material: Typically, galvanized steel sheets from Baosteel are laser-cut and formed in one step. Some also use 304 stainless steel or oxidation-resistant aluminum alloy profiles for enhanced corrosion resistance.
Other materials, such as aluminum alloy wind bars, enhance the overall strength and wind resistance of the door. A U-shaped PVC-based air barrier or rubber sealing strip is also installed at the bottom, and brush seals or rubber sealing strips are installed on both sides of the door frame to improve sealing.
Operating Principle: The door curtain consists of five main systems: door frame, curtain, drive, control, and safety. The motor in the drive system drives the brake, which in turn drives the drum through a speed reducer, allowing the curtain to rise and fall rapidly along the track, enabling rapid door opening and closing. The opening and closing speed can be adjusted via a controller.
Product Performance
Thermal Insulation: The multi-layer composite curtain fabric structure and high-efficiency thermal insulation materials provide low thermal conductivity, effectively reducing heat exchange and maintaining a stable indoor temperature.
Fast Opening and Closing: Opening and closing speeds typically reach 0.6-1.5 meters per second, or even faster, enabling extremely quick opening and closing, reducing indoor and outdoor air convection.
Excellent Sealing: The bottom is equipped with an airbag sealing system and the track adopts a zipper-type sealing design, achieving an IP54 protection rating and above, effectively preventing indoor and outdoor air convection.
Safety and Reliability: Equipped with infrared photoelectric protection and an airbag bottom edge, the system automatically stops or reverses when an obstacle is detected, protecting personnel and cargo.
Strong Wind Resistance: Some products utilize specially designed transverse reinforcement ribs, aluminum alloy sectional door panels, and a bottom wind deflector structure to enhance wind pressure resistance, capable of withstanding winds exceeding force 10.
