Features: Double-layer printed clean window has good sealing performance, the wall and window are on the same plane, flexible installation, and beautiful appearance. It can be made according to different wall thicknesses, especially suitable for 50~100mm thick color steel plates, double-layer windows, hollow type, and moisture-proof type.
Performance:
Sound insulation: Meet people's needs for lighting, viewing, decoration, and environmental protection. Generally, hollow glass can reduce noise by about 30 decibels, and hollow glass filled with inert gas can reduce noise by about 5 decibels on the original basis, which can reduce 80 decibels of noise to 45 decibels, which is extremely quiet.
It has good thermal insulation performance: the K value of the thermal conductivity system, the K value of a single 6mm glass is 5.75kcal/mh°C, the K value of a general insulating glass is 1.4-2.9kcal/mh°C, and the K value of an insulating glass filled with argon and sulfur fluoride gas can be reduced to 1.19kcal/mh°C. Argon is mainly used to reduce the K value of thermal conduction, and sulfur difluoride gas is mainly used to reduce the dB value of noise. The two gases can be used alone or mixed in a certain proportion.
Anti-frost: In winter, when the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor is large, single-layer glass doors and windows will frost, while there will be no frost when using insulating glass.
Remarks: We can accept customers' requirements to make non-standard products with different specifications and models, and the doors and windows can be made of different shapes and grades of glass, such as tempered glass, fireproof glass, and bulletproof glass.
